ATLANT SERVICES, at the service of pilots
A family-run company founded in 2008, ATLANT SERVICES is the preferred caterer for cargo airlines at Roissy CDG airport.
ATLANT SERVICES is also subject to specific responsibilities at the airport - the procedures to be applied comply with security rules and standards, authorizing us to deliver supplies and on-board equipment directly to the aircraft.
Our core business?
Catering for flight crews, especially pilots.
In a few words, we design meal trays for our pilots on short, medium and long-haul flights departing from Charles de Gaulle airport. We offer a wide range of services, including fresh, seasonal products adapted to the tastes of our international clientele. We then deliver these services directly on board the aircraft, and supply the kitchens in our customers' lounges.
Our customers also entrust us with catering requests for internal events, farewell parties, or any other moment of sharing around a meal or snack.

We take into account the requirements and requests of our customers and their pilots when putting together our menus, which change every 6 months.

We adapt to our customers' needs as best we can. Food and operational constraints are not always obvious on a daily basis, but they are part of our mission.

Thanks to our geographical proximity and our large fleet of vehicles, we can respond to the needs of our drivers and customers at any time. Responsiveness also means punctuality. This is one of the most important aspects of flying, and one that we put to good use on a daily basis. Our proverb: "If you don't hear from us, you're doing fine! If we don't, we need to worry".
COMMUNICATION
Our responsiveness lies in our ongoing communication with our customers. Feedback is very important to us, so that we can constantly improve. Reports from both Production and Runway are sent and submitted daily to managers and then to the Executive Board. On the customer side, regular monthly reviews are carried out to take the temperature of operations and catering.
